For manufacturers and product companies

Your parts shouldn't live in one guy's head.

Drawing packages, reverse engineering, CAD standards and prototypes for companies that build real products but don't have a drafter on staff. Drawings you own, that any shop can quote.

The problem

It works fine until one thing changes.

The part has been made the same way for fifteen years. The print is a faded PDF, or there isn't one. The person who knows the tricks is close to retiring, and the vendor who makes it holds the only good file.

"Free engineering" isn't free

Plenty of fab shops will draw your part at no charge. Then the drawing lives on their server, on their title block, and switching shops means starting over.

I don't make parts, so I have no reason to lock you in. You get the native files, a STEP and a drawing any shop in the country can quote from. Take it to three shops tomorrow if you want.

What I take off your plate

An engineering department, without hiring one.

Drawing packages

Parts you already make, finally documented

Fully dimensioned drawings with BOMs and cut lists, so quoting is math and any shop builds it the same way twice.

Reverse engineering

From the physical part to files you own

A part on the bench becomes STEP and native CAD on your server, plus a drawing another vendor can quote without calling your current one.

CAD standards and cleanup

Every drawing looks like the same company made it

Title blocks, layers, symbols and templates, set up once and applied across your library.

Prototypes and patent figures

Prove it before you cut metal

A model, a 3D-printed fit check on my own printers, then the package a factory needs to quote it. Patent figures from a hand sketch, usually the next day.

3D visuals

Show the buyer what they're getting

Interactive 3D models, renderings and exploded views for sales calls, manuals and your website.

Overflow

When engineering is buried

A job bigger than usual goes to me instead of waiting. Single drawings run through Jig at $75 a sheet.

Recent projects

Background that matters here

Twenty years of things built to spec.

Pressure relief valves, explosion-proof enclosures, vacuum tanks, waste-water equipment, custom forklifts. Regulated, built-to-spec products are familiar ground. Not a PE: when a part needs a stamp or load rating, I say so up front and hand your engineer a clean package.

How it's priced

One fixed price, before I start.

Projects get scoped and quoted as a whole, so you know the number before any work begins. If I got something wrong, I fix it free.

Start with one part

Send me the part you'd hate to lose the drawing for.

A photo, an old print or a description is enough to start. You'll get a scope and a fixed price back before any work starts.
