Visiting this site
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits: pages viewed, how you got here, rough location (city level), device type, and clicks on the email and copy buttons. Google sets cookies to do this. I don't sell this data or use it for ads. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
Files you send
When you email jig@mitchpolly.com or mitch@mitchpolly.com, I keep your email and files in my business email and file storage, and use them only for your job. Drawings are made with the help of AI drafting software. Your files go through those tools only to do your job, and I check every drawing before it goes back to you.
Your files are never shared, posted or shown as an example without your OK. If you want an NDA, send yours and I'll sign it.
Your contact details
I keep your name, company, email and phone in my customer list so I can do the work, send invoices and follow up. I don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Seeing or deleting your data
Email mitch@mitchpolly.com and I'll send you what I have or delete it. Records I need for taxes and invoices are kept as long as the law requires.
